Using the KavachPlus Partner Dashboard

The Partner Dashboard shows, read-only, how your KavachPlus referrals are doing: the customers who registered or paid with your codes and links, what you have earned, your codes and campaigns, and your sub-partners and agents.

Signing in

• Open https://partners.digikavach.net and choose Sign in with Google.
• Use the Google account (Gmail or your company's Google account) that DigiKavach added for your organisation. Other accounts are refused, even if they belong to your company.
• If one account works for more than one partner, you choose which one to open.
• You are signed out after 30 minutes without activity, and always after 12 hours. Use Sign out on shared computers.
• Need a colleague added, or someone who left removed? Ask your DigiKavach contact. You cannot add logins yourself.

The tabs

• Overview: totals for you and everyone under you: customers registered, paid customers, refunds, sales, expected commission, approved and paid-out amounts.
• Referrals: each customer who registered or paid through your codes or links, with the date (IST), plan, state and status: registered, paid, refunded (or test for DigiKavach test payments, which never count). Customer names are never shown; at most the last four digits of the verified mobile number.
• Earnings & settlements: for each paid sale, the expected commission under your agreement, the amount DigiKavach approved, and the settlement status and dates; totals per month. Download CSV gives the rows for your filters; Printable statement makes a one-month statement you can print or save as PDF.
• Codes & links: your referral codes and campaigns with their validity. New codes look like PT-KA-H3TZ8N (type, state, six characters); customers can type them with or without the dashes. Older codes are shown exactly as they were issued. Copy a code or a ready-made message to share. To get single-use invitation links, use Request invitation links: DigiKavach staff issue them and send them to you.
• Sub-partners: if partners or agents work under you, each one's results. Adding or changing partners is done by DigiKavach.

What the numbers mean

• Expected commission is calculated from the agreement terms that applied when the customer registered. It becomes payable only after DigiKavach approves it.
• Approved is the amount DigiKavach approved for payment. Paid out means the settlement was confirmed. A refund after approval is reversed.
• All times are India Standard Time (IST). Amounts are in Indian rupees, including tax as collected from the customer.

Privacy and security

• You only ever see your own partner and the partners under you.
• Every sign-in, page view and download is recorded by DigiKavach.
• DigiKavach will never ask for your Google password. Sign in only at partners.digikavach.net.
